i want to look good but not too slutty

what should i wear? clothes, makeup...

I am in my early thirties , I dress for Halloween along with my co-workers and going out with my kids. I have the same concerns, I have successfully done the classy black cat thing. I made the ears from felt and a headband and glued on some feathers too. I bought black and white pan make-up and blended it in spots to make grey too. I wore a black dress and heels and made a tail out of a feather boa that I got from the craft store. I just pinned it on to the back of the dress. Then I wore rhinestone jewelry! Classy!
