Spray generously with glass cleaner on the stained up windows (or mirror).I personally prefer the streakless foam glass cleaner found at the family & dollar general stores for $1.00 & is in a can-aerosol. Get a glass scraper w/razor blade (safer) & start scraping. If it fails to scrape off, spray & re-wet the surface. Keep a paper towel handy to wipe & keep the blade cleaned off. Long as its wet w/cleaner, it'll scrape off like magic.

When it is dry get a single edge razor blade and scrape it off. Next time put down painters' tape along the glass an save this cleanup chore.
