We all know that prostate is part of the reproductory process, but what else is alter in a men's life without a prostate? Is there a decent life after a prostate has being removed?

In December 2007 I had surgical operation to eliminate the Prostate and lymph nodes. My Gleason score exchange into 3+4=7. I now have degree 4 metastatic prostate maximum cancers. Not as bad as you would think. Things that you use to do, you do less often and with a lot more work to do so, but otherwise, once the pain is gone, and you get use to seeing the bathroom more, life is fine, in fact probably better since sex moves to the back burner more.

The 2 major worst case problems are incontinence and impotence. Mostly depends on the skill of the surgeon.

I dunno you but I've heard the prostate helps with erections and without it ya lose the ability to get a "woodie!" You take it from there!
