Where is the ECU located on a 95 Nissan Altima?

I'm trying to locate the ECU on my 95 Nissan Altima. Anyone know where I can find it?

Under the Dash behind the Center Console.

I beleive it is accessable buy removing the Panel on the right front part of the Center Console
