Go to a regular gynecologist to find out what the problem is. If pregnancy has been ruled out, then there's something else that may be going on. It's best to get a professional opinion. There are other things that can cause dysmenorrhea, or cessation of menstruation, such as an eating disorder, or too much exercise, or it could be an imbalance of hormones. Get a checkup to be sure.

What about stress? Has anything changed about your exercise or eating habits?

Get a good thorough check-up. And check for heart problems, among other things.

Good luck.

You may have a hormonal imbalance. Talk to your doctor or OB/GYN.
