Can you import MP3 files onto your ipod?

I have a bunch of mp3s downloaded off the net. Can I put them into an Ipod

First you need iTunes. If you do not have iTunes, you can download it here,
http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/

Open iTunes, drag the mp3's you want into iTunes.

Then attach your iPod to the computer, and click on update iPod it iTunes.
