Nope, don't think so. Peter Pan, by Mr. Barrie, is in the public domain-- you can access it online and such. And since you're only referencing it, it's not a problem. I know a book series where all of the characters are fairytale creatures, and you're not even taking it that far. Don't worry about it. ><>
