I loved the one where Ross went to the tan shop and ended up like a black and white minstrel - hilarious!

That's really hard! I have to admit Friends is one of the few series ever made which I can honestly say was good from start to finish. It was really well produced, putting a humourous twist on the harsh realities of growing up. My personal favourites were The One Where Joey Speaks French (he's just impossible!!!), The One with the Nap Partners and The One with Ross' Tan.

There isn't a best episode, they are all excellent!!!! If I had to choose one though I would say the episode in Barbados when Monica got big hair!

I like the one with the blackout, where Chandler is stuck in the ATM vestibule, and pheobe sings that song "New York City has no power, and the milk is getting sour, but to me it is not scary, because I stay away from dairy".
Or the one where Chandler, Joey, and Monica tell what happened while they were on the beach....never laughed so hard in my life "Damn the jellyfish!"

Every episode is hysterically funny, so I can't pick a favorite. Best comedy ever. I just can't understand the haters of the show. It was written brilliantly.

The one where Phoebe finds out about Chandler and Monica. Perfect, specially when Phoebe starts hitting on Chandler

I love em all, but my fave episode is the one where Racheal and Ross take a break, after he sleeps with the copy girl, I cry everytime, sad or what.

Probably the one where Joey was trying to help Ross talk dirty and Chandler walked in on them or the one where Ross and Joey were taking naps together and the whole group found them.

The one with the quiz to decide who gets the apartment.
I can understand where some people feel it is too safe however it is well written and it does contain some really good jokes.

impossible to pick one! there were so many amazingly funny episodes! what a classic show! i love to put the dvds on when i need cheering up and a giggle - always works
