Help on The Sims 2, Isabella starts with 10 Cooking points!?

I cant increase it so i can get to the next gold one. Fyi ive done it before and she started out with 7 cooking points. But that file got erased somehow, please help me!

it cant work with any cook books, and i have saved it when I was on tranquility falls, and it worked

read the cook books, watch the 'yummy channel' on tv or cook

U probaly didn't save it right and it got erased. Just read more on the cooking books.
