Fortune tellers and tarot cards exist, but I understand what you're asking. The future isn't set in stone, so just by guessing you can be right sometimes.

Heck NO!!! Many believe in that kind of thing, but however the bible says that whoever seeks a medium, spiritus, (tarot cards, fortune tellers etc.) shall be stoned... and not in a good way.

No. If someone truly had discovered a way of foretelling the future, whether through psychic visions or interpreting signs and portents, they wouldn't be doing it quietly in little shops around town. Instead a world of scientists would be beating down their doors for answers, attempting to observe, to quantify and repeat their method, in order to obtain quantifiable proof. From time to time scientists do attempt those things for certain people who pop up and seem to defy explanation with a new style, and time and again they are proved false.
In the world there is only ourselves and our greatest talent and method of understanding everything: reason, to turn to for information. Every attempt to force you to accept the irrational is a violent threat to your mind and being that should be met with incredulity and disgust.

Not at all. I have never heard of a fortune teller winning the lottery. Things that make you go "Hmmmmmm."

I had my tea leaves read about 8 years ago. She told me all this stuff was going to happen within the next year or 2. None of it did.

I think there are a lot of fakes out there but I wouldn't rule out the possibility that someone can actually do it.
