You know, I was a bartender for many years in NYC and my favorite drink of all of them was then, and still is now a Toasted Almond.

Deserrano Amaretto, Frangelico and heavy cream over crushed ice.

But if you want something fun.

Try something I created years ago.... Working behind the bar in The Village

It's called a Chocolate covered Monkey Di*ck. Aptly named...

Blend 99 bananas
Godiva chocolate liquor
and heavy cream in a blender with ice and garnish with a chocolate covered banana slice point side down dipping into the drink off the rim of a sugared martini glass.

And for that guy above that listed the "Rock Lobster." That's an old recipie... It is a drink all ready named a Purple Motherfu*cker.

I am eccentric in this regard. ^_^

The following is a winter warmer

Ingredients:

1 large mug
1 level teaspoon of cinnamon
1 level teaspoon of mint
1 level teaspoon of nutmeg
(you may add more spices or herbs like sage or corriander)

If you need a kick to start the day a heaped teaspoon of coffee does the trick

To sweeten, a teaspoon of carob syrup or honey does the trick.

Fill 3/4 relatively hot water, stir for a good 60 seconds, add water almost to the brim, enjoy (stirring occasionally).

If you are a tad bit more sophisticated than myself then you might want to use a herb strainer somewhere along the lines ;c)

I make the PERFECT Bloody Mary I've been told:

Salt rimmed glass
fill with ice
shot of vodka
splash of lime juice
splash of pickle juice
dash of celery salt
dash of pepper
top of with Clamato (this is the key, the above can be changed, but you HAVE to have the Clamato)

YUMMY!!!

Longan Ice
It's made with canned Longan (it's a fruit), the juice that was in the can, and any variety of ice (shaved, crushed, cubed, not all together).
