where?? i don't see it? if u took pictures of all the cities of iraq before the illegal invasion and now ,you wont see much of a difference.there are hardly any hospitals being built,or schools, or a proper and efficient water and power supply.there are daily power cuts in a country which produces $170 million of oil a day.where is all thier oil revenue going, bush's oil companies?haliburton?the only building going up in in the green zone where the american appointed puppet government is based, safe form all the bombings and killings, even a new u.s embbasy is bieng built inside it from iraqi oil revenue. so while the ordinary people of iraq are dieing and suffering daily.and while the world is watching.,nothing good is happening in iraq.only u.s oil firms and contractors are getting richer.

My son is a Marine, and the reconstruction isn't necessarily building new sturctures, but reopening the ones tat were closed down. Schools are opening and hospitals are up and running again. Clean water is making it to places it hadn't in years, and the electrical grid doesn't shut down every other hour. Citizens are reopening their former businesses like hair salons and restuarants. And, the Internet is up and running. Dn't let the media fool you. If it were all about oil, we would have gone in, taken what we wanted and gotten out. As for all the bombs and killings -- that is Iraqis doing that to other Iraqis. Americans aren't putting car bombs in the marketplace.

What happened is that republicans didn't send over people to rebuild. They sent over people to make Iraq conservative. So all of those little details like getting medicine to hospitals, and getting the stock markets running were less important than making sure that the medicines were distributed in a conservative way and the stock markets were made better than any other stock markets ever made.

All that ended up happening are these people delayed what the Iraqis wanted to do for several months until Iraqis got enough control to do it themselves.

This is what happens when republican send relatives of republican political important people instead of sending experts to do the work.
