Now they're too tight. Can I stretch them out. Is there a way besides wearing them while they are wet; I don't want to get chapped.

If your having trouble getting the legs on, you can put both arms in one leg and push out. Do this with both pant legs, I do this; then wear them around the house for a little while. And for the waist, lay down on the bed to fasten. They should be comfortable in 15 to 20 min. You will probably have to do this after the next several washings.

You could try wetting them with cold water (I mean really soaking them, not spray bottle stuff) and hanging them from a hanger in your shower to dry. The weight from them being wet stretches them back out, but it'll take like two days for them to fully dry.
