The land is worth more to put homes on it than keep it as a park. Six Flags has been there since the late 60's and lots of people have been there to ride the coasters.
It is hard to compete with DisneyLand and Knotts in SoCal

Since Calegirl is from California, I would think it would be that states Six Flags that is going, and yes there are a few other parks like that in that state, compared to where the other parks are located. Like the one in Gurney, Ill

I Know it made me so mad and It sucks cause that's like my spot I use to go there every day with my Girl and now there tearing it down, see I used to live in Val Verde, wich is like two seconds from there, but Ima go down there before it they tear it down,............MAN, The Memories
