I'm not a doctor, but I have a lot of experience with alternative medicine. We sweat to remove toxins as well as cool ourselves down. Does your sweat have an unusual odor lately? More acrid or metallic-smelling than before?

Feeling like you're unable to breathe could be due to allergies, sensitivity to air pollutants and other reasons. Homeopathic pulsatilla can make the breathing easier, though it won't fix the cause. Make sure if you try pulsatilla, that it's homeopathic. The actual herb is a respiratory suppressant that can be dangerous to use. Homeopathic medicine works in an opposite way from the original substance. Possibly you can buy it in a store there. There may be a homeopath near you, too. I think they're easier to find outside the US, and they cost less to see, generally. Ask someone you know if they know of one.

I'm not sure why going to a doctor is not an option. Is it the cost? Naturepaths and homeopaths can cost less.

Finally, do you feel more stress living in a different country? I lived in another country for a few months and felt stressed pretty much all the time because I wasn't yet comfortable with the language and customs. It may be a long shot for this to be the reason, but thought I would ask.

Go to a doctor. I'd recommend seeking free health clinics.

Sounds like you're out of shape, aerobically speaking. You need to take up jogging or swimming. But do it slowly and gradually, not all at once... We don't want you to have a heart attack. Well, at least I don't... :D
