Be more intelligent then she is by ignoring her. Just shake it off. If people ask you about any of the things she said, then tell them the truth, but don't get offensive about it. When she sees that you are not being affected by her antics, then she will stop. If she starts to violate you personally (violence, vandalism, going to your home) then call the police and make a report against her.
Good luck.

Part of growing up is learning to let things go.
The best way to get back at your ex-friend is to ignore her and what she does.

I've had one of those crazy x-bf's before too, I just cut all ties from her and ignored all her bull she spread. It'll pass. When she see's she can't get to you anymore...she'll find another victim to taunt.

There was a really annoying boy I hung out with (I don't know why), and he told the janitor while we were in the cafeteria that I LIKED him!!!!!(the janitor) And the janitor is really ugly, too. I was really angry, so I told our English teacher (who was old and fat) that he had a crush on HER.
Find a teacher you share and tell them of "her mad crush." :)
