While I'm running a peer to peer service like uTorrent, or BitTorrent, I'm unable to use my Internet Explorer. Explorer just comes back with "site not found" or something. It's as if all the bandwidth availible for me is being used exclusively by the torrent.
Does anyone else have this problem, and is there a quick fix somewhere for it? Thanks.

Hi, it's probably because the p2p services are taking all your bandwith. It might be what's happening IF you have a slow connection speed. You might also be experiencing problems with Internet Explorer.. I suggest using Mozilla Firefox browser ( http://www.mozilla.com/firefox ).
