Why do they give references without verifying that the specific answer actually exists in them? What good is it to say, "Try Google," if you don't even know if Google contains the information the person is looking for? Sometimes people give specific links, but they sometimes don't even contain the right information.
If a person is not trying to simply rack up points, shouldn't they take a bit of time to confirm they're anwering the actual question?
