These fluids only work if you are just barely failing. I have used them with varying degrees of success.
Check your failed emissions numbers compared to the passing specs. You should have received a copy of the failure report when you first failed. If the numbers are off by more than 5%, these add-in fluids will not help you.
There is one product by CRC sold in AZ or Oreily's that includes a vacuum hose assembly that attaches to a vacuum line on the car's intake manifold. This product cleans your intake manifold and works better than the gas tank add-ins.
Your emissions failure report will help diagnose the cause of emissions failure(s).
