you need to talk to your husband and put a stop to this...if necessary take out a restraining order on her, or charge her with harrassment. i am not kidding...please nip this in the bud now. as a parent you have the tights. contact a family law specialist asap.

I had an evil mother inlaw like that. Called cps on us, thank God they didn't take our son.. Such a ***** thing to do.. My best advice is to move and leave no address. Change your phone number. May sound difficult to do for whatever reason ( money, husband, grand kids ) but seriously, it is for the best for your whole family. We are much happier now without her trying her best to **** up our lives. GOOD LUCK! I know you'll need it.

What she's doing is illegal. It's called bearing false witness. Being that she's doing it so often it's also harassment. You need to take legal action before she does something irreversible to your family.

If you can afford an attorney, you need to consult one soon. If not, you need to start putting a case together yourself. Retain copies of all the reports she's made, file a police report yourself, and file for a court date. You can get all the exact procedures on line.

Good luck to you.

Oh the dreaded outlaws
they are not inlaws
Hang in there
it may stop years after you've been married.
Stand up for yourself and fight for your life
I have been married for 15 yrs and things got better.
Dont get into it with them, or even talk to them
why did someone decide they would even be called inlaws?

I suppose you could simply cut off ALL contact with her, assuming your spouse feels the same way. If she has no contact, she won't have anything to say about what you are doing. That would include not allowing her to see her grandchildren. It would also mean that you would have to forget about any family get togethers that she might attend. You could even obtain a restraining order forbidding her from contacting you.

Where is your mom, you need to collaborate with another smart older female and handle that witch. I wish I knew more in detail I'd help you. When you become an older person you are supposed to contribute to your family and society, not use your wisdom to intimidate younger poeple. If you had money I'd sue her @ss for slander and so on then she will take her sh!t somewhere else.

You haven't said a thing about your husband? whats he doing about it? A mother inlaw gets her way when her son lets her. You can't do anything much about it other than doe the hardest thing, continue to respect your elders and get your man to do something about his mother.

What? If this is for real and she's making stuff up then she really is evil. What does your husband say about all of this? It's his mother and he should take care of this.

I think I would need to hear the other side of the story before I voiced an opinion.
