I live in the UK, so don't see some of the problems others see. However, they are human beings with feelings, aspirations etc. Give everybody the opportunity to better their own lot in life, be tolerant, and look for ways that you can make their life better for them. They have introduced the world to some really delightful music, good food and stunning females. Love them as you would your own countrymen.

People are just people. Cultures and languages may differ, but all humans are literally cousins to one degree or another. Except neocons, they are an alien species from an evil planet in a different solar system.

That's a very broad question indeed. I usually don't think in such global terms--because then it leads to stereotypes (either positive or negative). I do believe however, that Latin American culture is rich and very interesting.
