You keep the dish and box.
You get most of the freeview channels including Film 4 which in my opinion is the best movie channel available, but not E4 or More 4 or Sky Sports news for instance,
If you want these you have to give a one off payment of £150 to Sky for this service which Sky call Freesat.

Yes, I have box and dish and receive what we call council telly and all the freeview channels plus all the digital radio stations but rest assured, Sky will offer you something in the future, for example, a refurbished Sky+ box with discounted subscription

The box and dish are yours to keep. You can still receive some of the free channels but not any BBC channels, apprently they don't broadcast on the Sky wavelength.

Yeah, I think you're right. WWE has saturated the market with too many hours of wrestling on each week. WWE has like 110 - 120 stars but, I only want to see about 30 of them max. Therefore have to sift through 7 hours + of wrestling each week to see at max 1 hour of promos and matches I want to see. WWE is a tv show but, as you say it's charging too much and taking out a too big a chunck of my life to keep up with. IMO TNA's roster is more exciting, I mean take one of the biggest jobbing tag teams, Rock 'n' Rave Infection, even though these guys lose 90% of the time, it's still awesome to see them in the ring and they pull of some great moves. Yeah, TNA may not be perfect but, It's definately putting on some great wrestling. I would hate though to see it become a large money hungry stale promotion like WWE.

You can keep the box and dish...but I'm not sure which channels you can get. But, it may be valuable to have the box and dish to sell on eBay, or if you have a flat to rent, you could include that as a valuable amenity to your property...that's what I did, and I think I got more rent out of my tenants because of that.

They are yours to keep - You probably paid a fortune for them at the time!!!
you get to watch all of the Freeview channels (BBC3, 4 etc, ITV2, E4 etc etc.)
Not UK Living, or Sky 1 or that type of programme.
