I have recently started using BT Internet which came with the Yahoo browser, but am unable to use the mouse buttons to navigate forward and backwards through viewed pages. Yahoo help have already suggested re-installing Yahoo and checking I have the latest version of Sun Java which didn't help. I just wondered if this is a problem with the browser or whether it is something on my computer. Thanks

There could be several reasons for this, what I would do first is run spyware something like Lavasoft which is free. Followed by an anti virus programme, AVG, another freebie.

If that didn't solve the problem then try another browser, just to see if it is only a problem with Yahoo?

One last, tongue in cheek, have you tried cleaning your mouse, if it's a trackball or got a roller in it, it might just need a clean?
