Well, I know men have a higher tolerance for alcohol, because they tend to be bigger and have less fatty tissues. Besides that, as far as I know, it's pretty much the same.

Women have an extra layer of fat that makes them get drunk faster.

well, women are lighter than men, so their tolerance is lower. so they get drunker faster.
