She needs to see a doctor. The first thing is to tell your parents and her parents. I think they will try to help rather than be mad that she is pregnant. There is no need for you not to tell them. Tell her to talk to her Mom right away! And if she was raped, she needs to report it now. If she doesn't, this guy will do it again to someone else!
Please please help her by telling your parents, even if she does not want you to say anything. This isn't something to just keep secret. If you love your friend and care about her welfare, do something now!
Blessed be.

She needs to tell someone ASAP and needs to go see a doctor and they will perform a rape exam which will not only tell her if she is pregnant but they can collect DNA to help find the guy who raped her, the longer she waits the less chance of getting a DNA sample is and it is going to make it that much harder to find who raped her and prove that the guy who raped her did it.
She also needs to get antibiotics to help prevent any STD's the rapist may have, for all she knows this guy could have something serious such as AIDS and their is no cure but they do have a thing that helps prevent it but it must be taken within a certain amount of time of being exposed to a AIDS or HIV carrier
and this stuff only lessons the chance of getting the disease, their is no 100% gurentee you will not get it.
If it is not to long after the rape she can get the morning after pill but she can only get it threw a doctor and that can help against pregnancy..She really needs to get herself to a hospital, all she needs to do is tell them she was raped and they wil see her straight away, they will not make her sit in a waiting room and wait.

IF YOUR FRIEND WAS RAPED, YOU NEED TO TALK TO HER AND TELL HER HOW IMPORTANT IT IS THAT SHE FINDS SOMEONE, THAT SHE REALLY TRUST (AN ADULT) THAT WILL TALK WITH AND SUPPORT HER IN A TIME LIKE THIS. NOBODY LIKES TO FEEL ALONE. IN RAPE CASES, ITS USUALLY THE VICTIM THAT FEELS THE MOST GUILT AND SHAME. ITS A TOUGH THING TO HANDLE AT ANY AGE. YOUR FRIEND HAS A GOOD FRIEND IN YOU. TELL HER THAT SHE DOES NEED TO GET ALL THE HELP THAT'S AVAILABLE OUT THERE. FROM JUST BEING A FRIEND TO MEDICAL AND COUNSELING BECAUSE THIS DOESN'T HAVE TO BE THE END FOR HER. SHE STILL HAS A LOT TO LIVE FOR BUT IT MAY BE HARD FOR HER TO SEE THAT RIGHT NOW. MOSTLY SHE JUST NEEDS SOMEONE TO STAND BY HER SIDE AND NOT BE JUDGMENTAL, NO MATTER WHAT THE CIRCUMSTANCES ARE. SOMEONE WHO REALLY LOVES HER AND CARES ABOUT HER WELL-BEING. TELL YOUR FRIEND TO TALK TO AN ADULT. IF THAT PERSON CANT HELP HER, THERES STILL SOMEONE OUT THERE THAT CAN. JUST DONT GIVE UP. BE THAT FRIEND THAT YOU ARE TO HELP HER GET THE HELP THAT SHE NEEDS. SECRETS CAN ONLY HURT YOU IF YOU KEEP THEM INSIDE.

first of all if she was raped, she should go to the police. if it just happened, she might get examined and be able to prove it. however when women are raped they usually don't report it right away . get a at ept test at the drug store. after she's missed a period. would she have access to the morning after pill? that would work. it makes your period start up.
