i would appreciate an example or if you could help with this one called "Cloony the Clown" by Shel Silverstein

Cloony the Clown tries to make people laugh by doing all sorts of stunts. Finally, when he tells them how he really feels, they laugh. I think it tells you to be yourself and express how you feel if you want a reaction from others.
