But for the rest, try using an allergen/dye free laundry detergent. A lot of people have contact dermatitis, which means that run-of-the-mill laundry detergent is bad for them.

Now, you might try a hydrocortisone cream for temporary relief.

If you wanna figure it out write down what you wear and what you eat,, wash your bed sheets with high and hot temperature , get rid of plants or stuffed toys (stuffed toys can become dusty easily) you may have seasonal allergy, you may be allergic to dust,food,fur,latex or these stuff... you can get a SKIN testing to figure it out if you dont wanna get it any more, get a specific med for it from the pharmacy but consult a doctor b4 doing that
