they are not so much used nowadays but do justice of holding your hair up..
bobby pins vary..
some have thicker metal with incisions to keep up thicker hair..
some are the classic version that have been used since pin curls in the forties..
and then you can also get some for brown hair, blonde hair, and black hair..
i love bobby pins..
i never leave the house without them
