How old or new does it have to be? Any of the M.A.S.H. books are good. There is also a short series of books by Rear Admiral (ret.) Daniel V. Gallery that are good. And if you are old enough to remember this comedic singer from the 50's and 60's Allen Sherman, he wrote a fantastically funny book entitled: The Rape of the A.P.E. (A.P.E. standing for American Puritan Ethnic).

Big Trouble from Dave Barry. It had a movie made from it but book is way better.
Drew Carey's autobiography has some fiction he wrote. Had to reread several sections because I was laughing to much.
Lewis Grizzard wrote quite a few.

The Stephanie Plum series by Janet Evanovich is excellent. Metro Girl and Motor Mouth are also both very good by her.

I recently read "Between the Bridge and the River" by Craig Ferguson.
It was laugh out loud funny and very well written.
You can probably request it from your local library.
