You could get up a few minutes early everyday and do some sort of exercise.
You could step away from the computer for a little while and use that free time to exercise.
You could ride your bicycle to work instead of driving.

Live by the rule: Eat to live and not live to eat. The problem for most of us is that we eat for pleasure or we eat on the go all the time. Plan your meals ahead of time and don't eat fast food. As a whole just eat more healthier. It seems like I never have time either, but I take the stairs more often and I park my car further away from what ever building it is I'm going to. You still need exercise so whenever you see an opportunity to do some squats(in the elevator by yourself), leg lifts(sitting at your desk), or arm lifts(carrying some books) do so. The more exercise you get now the longer you will live. I have been slightly overweight all my life but these little changes have helped me to control and eliminate some of the bulge.

Realistically, you have to MAKE the time and if it is important to you to loose weight, you will make the time out of no time. You may have to get up earlier in the morning, go to bed later, get off work earlier or rearrange your schedule to fit in at least 30 minutes of some sort of exercise. If that is nearly impossible for you to do, take your lunch hour and split it up. Go walking for 30 minutes and just eat something light at your desk for the remainding time. I know its hard because I am in the same boat, but if you want it, you will do what it takes. I wish you the best of luck!

Im like whoa on your question I want to underline these words 3x: Slightly and little time. Everybody has time to execerise for example: dog walking, running, jogging, play some sports, lift weights, go do karate, jumping rope, etc. What do you mean you have little time??? add more details..

Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Try to walk or cycle everywhere you need to go. Cut your salt, fat and sugar intake. Drink lots of water all day long.
