From "Neither Ella or Diane is a lawyer", you can easily tell that Felicia would be the lawyer.
That leaves Ella and Diane. If Ella doesn't work in medicine, that means Diane does, so Diane is the docter, and Ella is the teacher.

So Ella is not a doctor or a lawyer...she is a teacher and since Diane is not a lawyer she is a doctor and Felicia is the lawyer
