When you read this, what do you feel?

I`ve seen your face glowing in the distance
So beautiful and so pure- I`d never miss it
Watching you through the eyes of a dreamer,
Thinking of the love that never existed.
As the days roll by, my mind grows stronger
And with each passing glance, my heart grows weak.
Minute by minute, second by second
The window of hope closes more.
Forgive me for loving you and being true
Though all is lost, I don`t care.
As you rest your head to sleep
I`ll weap for what you`ll never know.
In time, I`ll move on
But for you, I`ll always stay.

It's "weep", not "weap".

To me, this is talking about a love that is out there somewhere, unexpressed, though felt. The true love is not found, so hope starts to disappear. It seems that she (or he) will wait, saving herself for her lover, who never finds out she was searching for him all along.
And how does it make me feel? Sad, that she never finds her true love.

It's sad but not hopeless. I think you're writing is good and communicates with much emotion. You have a gift and it's worth it for you to hang in and keep writing.
