Music that makes me happy, especially Christmas carols and music that praises God. When I accomplish something big, that sometimes gives me a feeling of joy.

Excellent question. I used to smoke marijuana and socially drink a lot, but I've grown to understand that scientifically there are natural replacements for both. To fell chemically high exercise is good. To feel psychologically high raw vegan is my answer. And to feel spiritually good the Baha'i Faith. My path in life I feel is music production for a sense of purpose and fullfillment. As well as high quality fabrics for cloths which make both your body feel good because you are surrounded by quality but the soul is also pleased by quality materials and beauty.

Getting outdoors and rollerblading when the weather's perfect: just a little bit cool, but not freezing. Also, "getting" something I'm studying for the first time, like when the lightbulb turns on. And making a good grade on a test. Whew!

My Grandkids ! I can have the most lousy day at work. . . come home and see one of my little people running towards me with his \ her arms up yelling "Pawpaw!" and suddenly everything feels right again
