Houndour-I love the way it looks and it can learn some pretty powerful attacks. You can find him on Crystal, Gold, Silver and in Emerald.

My favorite is Jigglypuff (039)
on every version...I think.
I really really like jigglypuff because it's soo cute and soo powerful
With every version, jigglypuff can grow more powerful than ever before, moves that it can't learn in previous versions it can learn now. And since Ruby and Sapphire, it just may learn all elemental types of attack except for dragon, but that can bend if one has a dragon value when used with Hidden Power.
