Am I over reacting? I know he likes me, but I'm very traditional in the sense that I won't hold hands w/ a guy unless he's my boyfriend. But he just won't ask directly. What should I do?

No, what you're doing is the best. Best for every intention you have of building a sucessful foundation for marriage, he's trying to be of the world while you're focused on sucess. I'd let him know.

I think you are sending the guy mixed signals..............You call him your date.......how many times have you dated??? I mean if you keep dating then that means you are his girlfriend........You are over reacting...Lighten up a little..........He will not ask you to be his girlfriend directly because as long as you go on a date with him you are,,,He doesn't have to ask anymore......What should you do??????????Hold the guys hand, or let him find a new girl that will ............

I think that's a very extreme view to take. He may not ever ask to be your boyfriend if he thinks you don't like him because you wont even hold his hand. Or maybe he thinks that because you're going out that it's implied already that he's your boyfriend. Why don't you ask him, sounds the safest bet.

What do you want him to wear a stamp on his forhead; "I am Linda's boyfriend!" Soon you'll be posting, "why won't he hold my hand! If he wants to let him!
