you can't, because you breathe in deeply when you cry, and then you'll get water in your lungs, unless you're in a special swim suit, you cannot cry underwater, it's virtually impossible.

You can cry in water the same as you can cry anywhere. It's just a hazard that you could overflow and flood the city, so be careful.

The question is, why would you cry if you were submerged in water? Wouldn't you be more concerned about surfacing so you could breathe? Maybe then, you could cry because you almost drowned ....

You Can but there is a chance that you'll go blind because when the pores open up that the tears come out all that pressure causes water to go back in extremely fast...=)

put goggles on and go underwater.(your face will b dry where the goggles are)so you can cry

the same as if we were not in water...the only difference is that your face can't get any wetter...
