I live in Southern Utah and I get the times, go to a 7-11 or a grocery store they should sell them there. Or call the number to subscribe and see if they deliver in your area. I sure if they deliver in Southern Utah then they'll deliver in Texas as well.

Subscribe to it. In the bigger cities they do have stores that sell them. It all depends on where you are in Texas.

Check out the news stands,newspaper offices, your public library.
they even have them outside our local Wal-Mart
