Does anyone know any info about a place called Zia Hotel in Baghdad, Iraq?

My grandmother found a collectors spoon, back in the 1940's and it is from the Zia Hotel in Baghdad, Iraq. It is very old and solid silver. She wanted to know if its worth anything, but I can't seem to find any info on the place. Thanks for any help.
