Depends on how old you are. If you're in your teens it's pretty normal. Stress, dieting, exercise, recent illness can all affect your period no matter how old you are. If you're really concerned, and you are a teenager, go to a doctor or your local health department. If you're afaid your pregnant, odds are that you're not, but pregnancy test are very accurate these days even in early stages of prenancy. Just relax and don't stress out.

Could be caused by stress, excessive exercise, normal hormone fluctuations, pregnancy. Who knows?
If you are concerned about being pregnant, take a pregnancy test or go to your doctor. I assume you are concerned about it since you are posting this in the pregnancy section.

You could be pregnant or maybe you've just been having a stressful time and your period was affected by it.

could be a variety of things. stress will alter your cycles a lot. a change in your diet, exercise and/or lifestyle would contribute to those changes. if there is no excessive bleeding, and no pain, i'd wait to see if it happens again. if it does, then i'd get in to see the doctor/obgyn. if it bothers you too much, get in there now.
