I got marrried to this lady on emotional grounds set up and later found that she is already divorced three times , it shocked me and ruined my life. she has filed cruelty case of divorce, and now ran away to usa to find another chap to do same, please advise my course of action. i had already hired lawyer for same, trying to quash 498A chargesheet on merit basis as after taking money and signing compromise deed she is still fighting the case

I feal as in most of the cases money is involve for compromice.
if you have any proffe of the same things can be resolved. Usely compromise and out of coart setelment are done in presence of layiers of both parties with advice of judge in divorce cases.
you can file a case of begamy ( extra meretial afair ) agenst her and give a petition in coart to ask your wife to live with you.
also there is a NGO working for the people like you in delhi contect them.
some TV chanels are also try to resolve these issues you can also contect them

Get a lawyer. I See you have one.
A good lawyer should petition to throw the case out on the ground that she cannot appear in court to bear witness, you said she is in USA.
I suppose you are in India some where. Show this to your lawyer, he should present both point to make your case strong. If your lawyer cannot find her then your case is even stronger. You should be free without bail in this case and case can fizzle once statute of limitation is over.

All you can do is pray that your lawyer is good enough to have the charges dismissed and removed from your record. I think you live somewhere in England. I don't know about there, but I do know that over here in the states, she won't be able to get away with what she's doing for long.
