No its not out yet..as far as i know..it will be released on Dec 5...I know of a few movies but they arnt that recent...they've been out for a while..but i loved them: Inside Man and V for Vendetta

the new pirates of the caribbean is not out yet. it was deffinitely a good movie! (although i thought the first was better), but when it comes out you should rent it!
