For really stubborn makeup, you should try and put Vaseline on. Let it sit there for a few minutes. After that take a wettish rag and rub away. It won't come off ALL the way, but it does help a lot.

Try cold cream from your local drugstore. It is a facial cleanser, so it is gentle. It removes everything very easily. When I took dance lessons (which required a tonne of makeup) I always used this. It is also pretty cheap.

Oil. Baby oil will disolve it. Rub a lot of it in, let it disolve, then wipe it off, and clean your face as usual.

use a good cold cream and gently wipe off the make up, then use your regular cleanser, it would help to use a good exfoliator, toner and then apply your moisturizer
