Usher is the artist and he was a kid on top of the car driving around in the city, I cant remember what the song was about but remember that I liked the song. Does anybody have a clue where I can get a list of his songs or know the title of this one?

Usher's been around a lot longer than people realize!!! Try putting "Usher" in your search engine. It should be one of the first that come up.

I know all of his songs cause I have all his albums. (Even the first one that no one seems to remember!) But I don't remember that video. If you gave some more info maybe it would get my memory going!
