Yes, I've tried all sorts of searches from lyrics.com to google to youtube. Should be easy but it's not.

Lyrics: "Andale! Andale! Mama eee-ahh, eee-ahh, oh-ohhhh! What's happenin now?" (that what's happenin now may be wrong and I had to use phonetics for eee-ahh. My Spanish isn't so good.)

About: 90s dance song from all male(?) group.

I don't know, but if they're using "andale" it's likely it's a Mexican band or singer. "Andale" is not usually used in most Latin American countries except Mexico. Hope that helps narrow your search a little bit!
