be very very careful!! if you must run under water and let the water seperat them, dont pull them apart, you may break the glass and get cut

Put ice in the top bowl and see if it helps at all.

I would put ice in the top one and place the bottom in shallow WARM water....NOT HOT.

If that doesnt work put both in shallow water and bring slowly to boil....the trapped air will expand and unstick the two.

Someone said years ago that if you put them in a refregerater, the cold will seperate them....Worth a try don't you think?

If the water doesn't work, then you can try a bit of cooking oil.
