Why do kids walk in the middle of the street ?

There's a sidewalk on both sides of the street and they walk right in the friggin middle like retards . Then you try to drive through and they look at you with this dumb blank look on there face ! DUHHHH
Are kids that stupid ? How many points do I get if I run one of em over ??

They are not crossing they are walking

I forgot to mention their pants are falling down to their knees and they diddy bop like monkeys

I feel your irritation, teenagers are stupid. They walk down the niddle of the street like they own it, you drive up and only when they have to they move to the side staring like your infringing on their turf. It's very frightening to see these days how dumb teens have become, they have little or no respect for anyone but themselves. I, too have considered maybe not running them over, but blaring my horn as I drive through them, give them a little scare. Believe you me man, if it were socially acceptable and legal, i'd get out and belt them little turds....lol
