I have been trying to figure out this name for years now. It had 2 daughters, i believe the were both blondeish. The older one played tennis...even in the beginning, it showed her with her tennis instructor. The younger daughter had a weird voice..always sounded like she had a bubble in her throat. Please...if anyone knows what it is called...let me know!

It was Phenom wasn't it? The mother was dating the tennis coach or hiding the fact that she was dating him. Came out in the early 90's and lasted only one season I believe
