Well, I can tell you my situation since I have 2 boys and a girl. The first 2 boys were conceived right around ovulation, in fact we were having sex all the time around ovulation when I got both of my boys. With my baby girl we had sex on a Wed. and I ovulated that Friday, as soon as I took a pregnancy test and got a positive, I knew right away it was a girl!!! So, i am living prrof hun! There is also the "Shettles method" I would look that up and read up on it, it basically supports what I just said. Good luck hun annd I'm sending baby boy dust your way:)

The father determins the gender of the child. There are many old wives tails about how to have a boy or girl. The only honest answer is that a sperm with a Y chromosome has to fertilize the egg.

I've read you need to have sex closer to the time you ovulate. So instead of 5 days prior to ovulation try one to two. The reason is male sperm swim faster and as long as the egg is there they can fertilize first. If you have sex too early the sperm will already be there and since the boys swim faster but also die faster the result will be a girl. It's all about timing so you need to pinpoint when you will ovulate as best as possible.

Sweetheart you cant make yourself have a boy. Your husband has a million sperm.Some are boys,some are girls.Whichever sperm makes it in the egg first decides the sex. It is impossible to chose the sex of your baby.

There's no way to garauntee you'll have a boy...quite frankly, it is selfish to want to choose the sex of your baby.
