Go to or write to consulates and or embassies. See what is the visa situation.
Check the openings for you nursing line on Internet, to check what is there.
If you know some one a classmate, ask them if they are already there.
You say "NURSES WORKING IN THESE COUNTRIES ARE GIVEN PRIORITY". This is not very clear to me. Check with the source of this info. They can throw more light than any one else.
The direct approach to the hospital is the best, if there is a true shortage they will make all the arrangements on contract, they may pay travel back and forth. Oil reach countries may be your best bat, for years and years they have hired nurses and doctors from out side, they provide set packages. They are very safe if you stay within the assigned community and under take only the approved activities including outing and usual shopping for stuff like food .........my sister was there as a surgeon.
There is a general shortage of nurses in USA now but I am not sure about, VISA situation. Also this fluctuates so much day to day that there are no Gauratees. That is the reson why you must contact cosulates.

Florida needs nurses. Any kind of nurse. The population of oldsters is overwhelming the supply of people willing and able to care for them. Hospitals here are paying a big bonus if you stay with them for just 90 days! LPN's and RN's are hot right now. The tourist season is starting, and that means accidents both big and small. As far as free training, If you have one certification, most hospitals will give you OJT to pass your next test, and pay you for the time off! Florida needs nurses. Do you fit the bill? I can't be sure from your question. Try "SW Florida Hospital" in your search engine.

Here in Texas, there is a region called the Rio Grande Valley.
We're in desperate need of nurses. It's in the USA by the way.
