No, this is absolutely not true.
I have no idea where this fable came from. It's definitely not true!

It's impossible from a biological point of view. Nothing changes physically when you have sex for the first time. How could having sex change your periods? Think about it for one minute and you'll realise this is nonsense...

Changes it's circle? :-)

No, I don't think that's true generally.

A woman's cycle (not circle) is a fickle thing, though, so if a woman has sex for the first time then becomes paranoid that she's pregnant, the worrying caused can delay a period.

But, no, I don't think having sex for the first time throws off a woman's cycle.

yes everything resets so you can keep up with ovulation and the exact date of your cycle and etc. It gets worst once you get 28 yrs old you can actually feel were your ovulation eggs is in your uterus and u have 2 good days to get it fertilized if you are trying to get pregnant by your husband.. when your a teen you rarely notice any ovulation changes that's why you can get pregnant easier because you don't notice really any changes depending on your body and how well you keep up with the changes.. That is why mothers keep up with there daughter's cycles and etc.

It does for some people. It all depends on the persons body cycle. Mine changed badly. I got cramps bad after my first sexual experience and bleed heavily. It stayed that way till I finally had to have a hysterectomy.

No. That is not true. Your periods are already set. Having intercourse will not effect that.
